We are looking for a Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join us in Idaho Falls, ID.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of corporate banking loans. Contributes to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.

  • Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.

  • Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 10+ years commercial lending or other directly related experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

  • Expert knowledge of corporate banking loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes.

  • Ability to expand corporate banking loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.

  • Requires strong sales ability.

  • Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.

  • Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

  • Manages a large corporate banking portfolio.
