We are currently seeking a Fiduciary Services Manager to join our team. The position will be located in Houston, TX.

A Fiduciary Services Manager develops new business and promotes trust products and services. A successful candidate will: administer large and complex personal trust and estate accounts; work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Wealth Advisors; make presentations both in-house and to prospective clients; assist with sales and marketing initiatives; serve on special committees and project as required; and monitor and assess the impact of changes in fiduciary, legal accounting and investment regulations.

Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelors’ degree, JD or CTFA preferred

  • 6-8+ years’ experience with trusts, estates, or other directly related experience.

  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Employs advanced knowledge as a specialist of trusts and estates.

  • Uses judgement within broadly defined policies and practices.

  • Work is accomplished without considerable direction.

  • Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignments.

  • Represents the company through client contact and often performs project leadership role work.

  • Interacts with management and senior client personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.
